TCHSA Cost Management
stjames9jpg.jpg (10658 bytes) The fusion formula has helped us make the best use of shrinking human service dollars while remaining an advocate for our clients. In its first year of operation, the integrated Agency cut costs by $120,000. The savings were used to develop new programs, creating approximately 20 new jobs for the area.
Our performance-based contracts with area service providers establish measures of accountability for programs and clinical services. Each contract is outcomes-based and monitored through site visits by our staff. About one-third of our services are provided through contracts with the private sector.

Cost-benefit ratio programming tracks client outcomes to ensure quality programs and services. Each client’s service plan establishes clearly defined goals and objectives. This helps us to monitor program costs versus effectiveness.
