- All of our staff members are trained to
help you complete our Common
Application Form (CAF). The information you provide will help us
determine your eligibility for services.
- Our casemanagers are
cross-trained and can
provide services in the areas of mental health, mental retardation,
children and youth and drug and alcohol. You and your family will have
just one casemanager, no matter how many services you need.
- Your new casemanager isn't a stranger to
your community. With our Patch
system, our staff are assigned caseloads in the area where they live.
Patch casemanagers work with your local schools, churches and area
organizations to help build community support networks for you and your
family.
- At TCHSA, our staff are part of a
larger community of people we depend on to help us help you. Your service
plan is reviewed and authorized by a
team of community
professionals, to make sure that you receive the services you need.
